Neha V. Parekh is a commercial litigator with experience in real estate and corporate matters. Her client representation ranges from builders, contractors, property associations and commercial developers to financial institutions, automotive dealerships and technology companies. She is an accomplished drafter and arguer in both federal and state courts as well as an experienced representative in mediations.
During law school, Neha was the MIS Editor of the Law Review, Director of the Board of Advocates, Assistant to Judge Frank Evans at the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution, and Clerk for Justices Anderson and Guzman with the Fourteenth Court of Appeals of Texas.
Prior to her legal career, Neha spent over seven years in marketing and advertising working with international corporations including Continental Airlines, Ford, Chrysler International, Chevrolet, Whirlpool, Texas Lottery and Time Warner. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Neha utilizes her diverse legal and corporate background to bring creative business solutions to her clients.
