Jason C. Neal focuses on representing property owners and lessees in their ad valorem tax matters.  Mr. Neal assists taxpayers and their property tax representatives throughout the appeal process.  Mr. Neal’s objective is for his clients’ assessments to be equitable and uniform when compared to the assessments of their competitors.  Mr. Neal has assisted his clients in reducing both their real and personal property tax assessments.

Mr. Neal’s property tax clients include: national and internationals REITs, hotels, office buildings, multi-family properties, automobile dealerships, hospitals, corporate campuses, retail centers, and manufacturers.  Mr. Neal has assisted his clients in reducing both their real and personal property tax assessments.

Mr. Neal has been working in the ad valorem tax field as either a consultant or attorney since 1996.  During that time Mr. Neal obtained his license as a Texas Senior Property Tax Consultant and represented taxpayers in thousands of administrative hearings before the various county Appraisal Review Boards in Texas.  Mr. Neal has attended and passed the exams, when offered, for numerous real and personal property valuation courses offered or sponsored by several national and international organizations.
