Arbitration

The inclusion of arbitration clauses in construction and other contracts has become a desirable method for resolving potential disputes. Parties to an agreement containing an arbitration clause are usually bound to have their dispute resolved via arbitration as opposed to conventional litigation which takes place before a judge or jury. We are familiar with the interpretation of such arbitration clauses as well as the rules and procedures pertaining to the arbitration process. Our knowledge of the arbitration process has allowed us to successfully assist clients in matters ranging from small, single arbitrator disputes to multi-million dollar disputes involving three-member arbitrator panels.
